Composition of the Economic Council of Finland

In addition to the Prime Minister, the Economic Council has 10-20 members appointed by the Government, some of which are also members of the Government.

 

The Economic Council is appointed for a two-year term, except for the members of the Government, who remain in the Council only for the duration of their ministerial term. The term of the current Economic Council covers the period between 8 May 2008 and 7 May 2010.
